The 2026 edition will take place on October 25, 31, and November 1, 7, 8, 14, and 15, confirming the role of the small town in the Pesaro hinterland as the world capital of the precious Tuber Magnatum Pico.
As per tradition, the event will feature a large market exhibition dedicated to the prized white truffle, accompanied by a rich calendar of gastronomic and cultural events. Cooking shows with Michelin-starred chefs, tastings, shows, workshops for adults and children, sensory experiences, exhibitions, and performances will transform the city center into a grand salon of taste, enhanced by the presence of guests from the world of entertainment and leading figures in Italian cuisine.
